If I renovate my establishment, can the virtual tour be updated?

Absolutely. The virtual tour is fully dynamic and editable, so if you want to add or modify any area, our team will come to capture the new photos, which we’ll then edit and integrate into the existing tour.
This way, your virtual tour will always reflect the most up to date version of your business without the need to recreate it from scratch.

Does everything need to be recorded on the same day?

It’s recommended, but not mandatory. We aim to complete all the shooting in a single day to maintain consistent lighting and style throughout the tour.

However, if you’d like to showcase different setups or areas that can’t be photographed on the same day, we can schedule multiple sessions to capture everything needed — without affecting the final quality.

Will I receive a file with the virtual tour?

If the virtual tour is hosted on Virtual Txoko’s servers, you’ll receive an iframe code that allows you to easily embed it on your website just like a YouTube video.

If you prefer to host it on your own servers, we’ll provide the complete file so you can generate your own iframe from there.

How far do we travel?

The Virtual Txoko team travels throughout Spain and also works internationally, coordinating logistics and availability for each project.
