Aterian Altamira is a rural house in Getaria that sleeps 8, set over three floors and surrounded by a garden, just minutes from the beach. The listing photos didn’t make it clear how the five bedrooms are spread across the three floors or how much outdoor space there is, and they didn’t show the setting, which is one of the house’s biggest draws.

We created a 360º virtual tour that takes visitors through the house floor by floor, from the entrance and living room up to the attic bedrooms, as well as the garden, patio, terrace and outdoor dining area. Aerial drone shots show where the house sits and how close it is to the sea. An interactive info card brings together its key details and amenities: capacity, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, fireplace, parking and wifi. The tour is available in Spanish and links straight to booking.

Guests can now walk through the house before booking and check that it suits their group, knowing which room each person gets and what the outdoor dining spaces are like. The virtual tour builds trust, answers many of the questions that used to arrive by message, and turns interest into bookings on any device.
